15.4.2003: BACKGROUND INFORMATION THIRD BALTIC SEA NGO FORUM TURKU, FINLAND 8-11 MAY 2003
The Third Baltic Sea NGO Forum will be organised in Turku 8-11 May, 2003. The Forum is one of the key events of the current Finnish Presidency of the Council of Baltic Sea States (CBSS).
We look forward to welcoming in Turku a broad and representative gathering of civil society organisations from the Baltic Sea Region (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, Sweden). Thanks to good cooperation and sponsorship relationship with a number of organisations, we are able to offer very good terms for the participants.
